You cannot actually "buy" online - but you can reserve a make and model

You can reserve a hearing aid now - online - but you must be assessed and fitted by a qualified hearing aid audiologist in order to finalise any purchase. (See statutory regulations by the HAC, above.) Phone 01565 621124 for an appointment at a time and place to suit you.

Reserving a hearing aid is not a contract of supply
The hearing aid that you have reserved may be perfect for you - or it may not. For that reason you must have a full hearing assessment by one of our qualified hearing aid audiologists.

If that assessment (the hearing test) shows that you need a different make and model - this will be offered to you. Any alternative will be at the same price, or less, and to the same specification, or better - and we will make up any difference in cost.

All our Hearing Aid Audiologists are fully qualified and our dispensers are all registered with the Hearing Aid Council - with RHAD after their name.

We only specialise in branded makes and models such as Widex, GN Resound, Oticon, Phonak and we do not supply budget own-brand hearing systems.
